To confirm and reserve your booking use our booking portal on our website. Redballoon Studios accepts most major Credit Cards. (Checks are not accepted)

​

Please arrive no sooner than 15 minutes prior to your booking time.  Set up and tear down are included in your booking. You will need to allow a certain time for cleanup towards the end of your shoot to return the studio to the state you received it. Guest are responsible for clean-up during their booking. If your booking goes past time reserved you will be charged an overtime fee automatically of $100 plus the normal rental charge of one hour.  This will repeat every hour you go over from your original booking scheduled. If the studio and equipment are not returned to the state that it was handed over there will be additional fees assessed.

Since this is a professional working environment, we do not permit alcohol or smoking in the studio or anywhere on the building premises.

​

We are located in a commercial building where other businesses are conducting business so excessive noise or music is not allowed.  If you are shooting music videos or short films and the production could be noisy we recommend you book after 7 pm. Otherwise, you must keep audio levels at a low level. 

​

Special permission and additional deposits are required if your rental involves the use of water, glitter, sand, ice, or cutting hair or if you are planning to shoot on the building premises outside the studio.

​

Call for rental availability of studio equipment. Any additional gear pickups/drop-offs should be arranged separately.  It is not Redballoon Studios' responsibility to accommodate next-day pickups unless specifically arranged so.

 Cancellation Policy

​

Below for the rates when considering canceling your booking. You may move your booking to another date to avoid losing part of your payment under 7 days.  In order to move your booking, you need to notify us at least 48 hours prior to your new start time.

7 days prior - Full Refund
6 days-24hrs prior - 50% Refund
24hrs or Less - No Refund
