Cancelation Policy

CANCELLATION Cancellations of confirmed bookings (not memeberships)will result in the following charges: Cancellations made before 7 days prior to the booking date and time will receive a full refund. Cancellations made from before after 7 days but before 48 hours prior to the booking date and time will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made between 48-24 hours prior to the booking date and time will not receive a refund The remaining of the basic fees, plus all prepaid equipment rental fees, cleaning, and damage deposits will be refunded. All refunds will be made to the credit card used for the original booking. The company reserves the right to charge a 4% processing fee for the refund of any basic rental fee due to cancellation.
